This song was inspired by Harry, my dad. He was the strongest ,wisest, and kindest man I've known
I know these days, I wish he could've seen the changes and transformations that have taken place in me, The line "only you have seen the underwater side of yourself" is the side not eveyone sees, for fear of being rejected, and unloved, My dad loved me no matter what, even when I didn't shine.
Even in the darkest times, torn between strong and fail, eyes never lie, and truth and love will set you free. This song was written years ago, back in Illinois
